admin I’m very busy right now and I don’t have time to research it but I need to know soon. Thanks guys!
1. Are SMGs allowed in MD?
2. Is 5.7mm legal?
3. Waiting period to buy new weapons?
4. Permit, licenses needed for home, concealed carry, open carry?
5. And finally, is my car in MD considered my person, or my property (this differs in various states) and what licenses and/ or procedures are necessary for car storage?

1. SMG’s are illegal. There are semi-automatic versions, but a fully automatic SMG such as the MP5 are illegal. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Submachine_gun
